What:  Summer High Altitude Running Camp for East Angel’s Cross Country Team

When:  July 10 – 12, 2018

Where:  Tabernash, CO

Cost:  $165

Who:  East High School Cross Country runners.  Limited spaces – first come, first served.

POA Forms to fill out and return ASAP to Coach Kohuth or email to Ruth at ruthspano@aol.com:  Cross Country POA for 2018-19 school year.  These forms will be valid for the 2018-19 school year and can cover camp, out of town invitationals and the running club’s snow shoe trip.

Tuesday, May 22 we kick off the Fall 2018 season! We will meet from 6:00-8:00 pm in the Commons (lunch room) to discuss summer training and high altitude summer camp, talk about plans for next season, and catch up. We will have some swag for sale too (so bring your wallet).

So come, meet the coaches and athletes, eat ice cream, and get ready for a great season!

It is not too late to RSVP here, so we can have enough handouts and snacks.

If you are interested in purchasing track swag (t-shirts, bumper stickers, blankets, umbrellas, stadium seats, etc…, please remember to bring money (cash or checks) on Thursday, January 18.  We will sell some cool swag before and after the meeting.

The meeting will be in the Commons at 3:30 on Thursday, January 18, 2018.

There will be a meeting for students interested in Track & Field on Thursday, January 18 from 3:30 to 4:30 pm in the Commons (lunch room).
