Saturday Long Run on Highline Canal Trail

Coach Brimeyer will meet athletes tomorrow morning (8/17) at 7:30am in the East High Student Parking lot. We will drive down to deKoevend Park in Centennial on S. University. The Highline Canal Trail offers a decent amount of shade, which will be nice on a hot day. Bring water!

Added bonus: deKoevend Park is the site of our second meet of the season. Maybe you will have a chance to check out the water crossing, shown below from 2022!

Time Trial Results

Congratulations to the 73 East Angels who completed the Time Trial. It was exciting to see so many great performances. The Angels look ready for another terrific season. In the battle of the classes, the 11th graders came out on top, dominating the boys’ race and outdistancing the 9th and 10th graders in the girls’ race.
