Cross Country Runners!
Did you have SO much fun during XC season that you didn’t want it to end? Think about joining the East HS Track & Field Team! Coaches Kohuth & Scudamore will be coaching the track & field distance team this spring.
There will be a meeting for all athletes who plan to participate and/or are interested in the East HS track & field program.

If you haven’t signed up for the snowshoe trip, please sign up by tonight. We will head to Snow Mountain Ranch in Tabernash, CO on Saturday morning, Feburary 9 and return on Sunday afternoon, Feb 10, 2019. We hope you can make it!
We will meet in the teachers’ lot at 8:30am and leave for SMR at 9:00am on Sat. We will return to Denver around noon on Sunday. Cost of the trip is $90 plus $18 if you need to rent snowshoes.

High altitude running camp along with summer running are excellent ways to prepare for next fall’s cross country season.

Where: Snow Mountain Ranch, Tabernash, CO
When: June 18-20, 2019 (two nights and three days)

November 30 is the last day to buy banquet tickets for our end of season celebration on Sunday, Dec. 9 at 9:00 am at the Park Hill Country Club.
Note: No tickets will be available after that date and no tickets will be sold at the door. (If cost is a barrier to attending, please let Coach Kohuth know before Nov 30 so we can make sure anyone who wants to attend is able. )
