Hey Runners!!

I wanted to state again how impressed and proud we are of all the runners who participated in the time trial, and how sad we are that everyone could not be on the team this season.  Our virtual run club will be led by Coach Delaney and will be a great way to get training plans and a way to stay involved with the team.  The first meeting for the virtual running club will be Thursday, Aug 20 at 5:30pm.  Here is the link for tonight’s meeting:

Do not stress if you can’t make the first meeting.  Our regular meetings will be on Mondays at 5:30pm.  You will receive a note from coach Delaney on this site soon.  There will be upcoming events for everyone!
