Arrive at East: 6:20am, go to the Detroit St side of the building

Bus Departure: 6:30am 

Team tent: We need parent volunteers to bring and take home the tent. If you can help us out, please click here: Tent transportation sign-up Please remember to leave your phone on the sign up, so everyone can communicate.

Racers: Everyone who is eligible will run at this race. If you are not able to participate on Saturday, please fill out this form: Unavailability Form – Liberty Bell

Parking: Street parking will be available, but will be challenging. If you are driving, plan on arriving extra early to allow enough time to park and walk into the event.

Team Camp: – Our tent will be just above the track.

Porta-Potties: There will be NO ENTRY into Heritage High School on race day. Porta-Potties will be located at the top of the parking lot. There WILL be long lines for them. Please allow yourself enough time to use them so you don’t miss your warm up.

Varsity and JV runners will be posted on Kohuth’s wall and on this site in the near future.  All other runners will be running in the open races.
