Dismissal from class: 12:15pm

Bus Leaves: 12:30pm Yes, it’s true, we have a bus for this meet!  Car pool drivers:  thank you, but we don’t need your awesome service this week.  🙂

Location:  Margaret Carpenter Rec Center Campus (108^th & Colorado)

Spectators and non-buses park on the west side of the lot off 108th Ave or in the lot off of 112^th and Madison

From I-25 – I-25 to 104^th Avenue (Exit 221); East on 104^th Avenue to Colorado Boulevard; North (left) on Colorado Boulevard to 108^th Avenue (traffic signal); West (left) on 108^th Avenue; right into the parking lot; Bus parking will be right at the roundabout. 

Schedule: 

2:00:   Coaches Meeting (located adjacent to the finish line)

2:25: 2:30  Boys Open (unlimited)

2:45:  2:40 Girls Open (unlimited)

3:30:   Boys Varsity (10/team)

4:10:   Girls Varsity (10/team)

5:10:   Awards at the amphitheater north of the start/finish lines; Times will be posted at the amphitheater approximately 20 minutes after each race.

Scoring:

Each runner will be assigned a bib number and the timing tags will be on these bib numbers, to wear during the race. Top 5 will be scored, 6/7 runners will be used toward scoring, and the remainder will be displaced (but still timed).  All Open athletes will be timed as well.

Award Information: 

Open – Individuals – 1st through 10th awarded immediately after the race

Varsity – awarded at the amphitheater (north of the finish) at 5:10 pm

Individuals 1^st through 30^th

Team – 1st – 5th team trophies and team ribbons for each individual on the team.

Course Map: 

Box Number:  East will have box #10 for all races.

Smothies: Smoothies will be sold in the bus parking lot on the east side of the campus.
