Hi Runners!
Great race today! Here are some things to look forward to in the next few days.
Saturday: 60 – 70 minutes easy recovery run
Sunday: rest
Monday: practice at 3:45pm
Monday after practice: The captains are organizing a potluck after practice in City Park. Why? Because we don’t have school on Monday, so it should be fairly easy for people to bring something. Please bring:

- Freshmen: main dish
- Sophomores: side dish
- Juniors: dessert
- Seniors: drinks and chocolate milk
Wednesday: Crazy sock day. Wear a pair of your favorite crazy socks to practice!
