The boys will check-in at 3:45, do a warm-up starting at 4:00, and the time trial will start at 4:15.  Boys will check in at the statue by 17th & City Park Esplanade in City Park.

Girls will check-in at 5:00, warm-up at 5:15, and time trial at 5:30 for heat 1 and 5:33 for heat 2.    Girls will check in at the East baseball field.
