Uniform checkout will be on Wednesday, Aug 23 and Thursday, Aug 24 at 2:45pm in the counseling office (room 225).

You will be eligible to check out a uniform if:

• You have turned in a blue clearance card to one of the coaches. In order to get a blue card you must have completed all of the steps to participate in a fall sport. Click here to learn how to register:  Athletic Registration 
• You have and will attend five practices before the first meet.

If you haven’t done the above, we will not issue you a uniform.

POTLUCK

Our season launch potluck for athletes and their families will be on THURSDAY AUGUST 24. We will meet in the Commons at 6:00.

We ask families to bring the following:

9th—main course

10th—salad/side

11—dessert

12—drinks

We will also have team merchandise for sale if you want to bring your checkbook. (if you want to volunteer to help out, please email Jennifer at jareich424@gmail.com)

UNIFORMS AND GEAR

You can order warm ups, uniform shorts, or gear at our online store. xc.cheddarup.com or from the Gear Shop link. (Note that you can pay with-checks or credit cards.)

Deadline for ordering uniform shorts is Monday, August 28.

Deadline for ordering warmups and backpacks is Thursday, August 31.

We will have a limited supply of 2017 XC t-shirts.  Get yours for $20 at the potluck or order it online.
