The DPS championships will be held at City Park on Monday October 10. Nine high schools and 26 middle schools will be competing in eight races. East is officially hosting and we need lots of help. High school races will begin at 3:15 and middle school races will begin at 5:05 and run until about 6:15. We need course monitors– ideally for the whole 3 hours (and you get a complementary stylish bright shirt!), but if you can only do part of it, that will help, set-up, clean-up, and a few other jobs. We also need one or two East parents to head up concessions, since this will be a nice chance to fundraise for the team (email ruthspano@aol.com if you can do this).
