For anyone who can make it, come get your Saturday long run in with teammates and enjoy some chocolate milk and/or lemonade afterwards!
We will meet at 8:45 a.m. in the East student lot and drive down to Magna Carta Park (only about 20 minutes from East) to run on the Highline Canal Trail and get some soft surface running in. We’d love to have you if you can make it!
Even if you can’t make it, be sure to get a long run in on your own! If you’re feeling banged up or injured, you can get some or all of these minutes done with cross training if needed.
Recovery Long run w/ strides
Level 4: 70-75 minutes w/ 4 strides (no progression. Just easy time on feet).
Level 3: 60-70 minutes + 4 strides
Level 2: 55-60 minutes + 4 strides
Level 1: 45-50 minutes + 4 strides
