Practice and Workout Schedule: 9/22-9/26

Kansas Paperwork: Paperwork MUST be turned in TODAY by 2:00 p.m. at the absolute latest (earlier would be preferable). We will not be allowed to take the trip without paperwork turned in, so please do this ASAP!

Monday: 4:00 @ City Park. Long Run. For those needing to miss practice due to Rosh Hashanah, here are the distances:

Level 4: 75-85 minutes +4 strides (in spikes)

Level 3: 65-75 minutes + 4 strides (in spikes)

Level 2: 55-65 minutes +4 strides (in spikes)

Level 1: 45-55 minutes +4 strides in spikes (or +5 of longest long run of the year if not yet at this distance)

Tuesday: 4:00 @ Track: Jumpies, maintenance run + sprints

Wednesday: 4:00 @ City Park: Workout

Thursday: 4:00 @ Track: Jumpies, maintenance run + strides/sprints. Kansas squad will leave right after practice to get dinner and then hit the road!

Friday: TBD for non Kansas squad (maintenance run and strides)

Saturday: Rim Rock Invitational! (And a workout on your own to be announced later for our non-Kansas runners).
