Training Plans for Friday and Saturday

No Official Practice on Friday, September 27, or Saturday, September 28

Friday run on your own for 25-35 minutes plus 4-6 strides.

Saturday run on your own or with a teammate for total of 40-45 minutes with 15-20 minutes at tempo, plus 8 strides.

Sunday: rest day.

Monday: regular practice.

Tuesday: Pat Amato Meet for all 9th and 10th graders who did not go to Kansas.
