Meet Coach Brimeyer at the East High School student parking lot at 8am for a run on the High Line Canal Trail. We will drive down to Heritage High School, site of our next meet, and pick up the trail from there and scout part of the course. He has promised popsicles for afterwards! Those who raced today should run up to 50 minutes on Saturday. Those who did not race should run 65 – 80 minutes.
