Arrive at East: 7:35am

Bus leaves East: 7:45am.  If you do not ride the bus, please get yourself to the meet at least 2 hours before your event. If you do not ride the return bus back to East, please let the coaches know.

Schedule:  8:00am Middle School Only Coaches Meeting at Pavillion (picnic tables on the east side)

9:45am High School Coaches Meeting at Start Line 

10:00am HS Girls Varsity (9 athletes, top 5 score)

10:30am HS Boys Varsity (9 athletes, top 5 score)

11:00am HS Boys Open (unlimited athletes, top 5 score)

11:30am HS Girls Open (unlimited athletes, top 5 score)

12:20pm High School Award Presentation at Pavilion (picnic tables on the east side)

Awards: Plaques will be awarded to the top 3 Boys and Girls Varsity teams as well as medals for the top 10 runners in all races. Open and MS team winners will receive a plaque for champions and runner-ups.

Course: Course map is included below. This course has been wheeled out to be exactly 5k for HS. Course is slightly different from previous years with a straight finish and less grass loops.

Scoring: Top five athletes from each team will be used for scoring.  Runners six and seven will be displacers.  In the event of a tie, the winning team will be the team with the highest placing 6th runner. Each team will be assigned a starting box.

Results: Results will be available following the event at co.milesplit.com. Live results will be added and sent out the night before

Team Packets: Available at 7:00 am at the pavilion for pickup.  

Bus Info: Drop off athletes in the parking lot at 8801 MLK Jr Blvd  Bus parking at Northfield High School 3 miles north. 

Parking: Spots on the street or in the neighborhood are recommended. Parking lots will fill quickly

Team Camps: Team camps can be set up in the grass field by the start/finish line. Avoid the course please.

Restrooms: Park bathrooms will be unlocked as well as porta-potties near the start/finish

Trainer: There will be a trainer on site at the finish line in case of emergencies.
