Weekend Workouts
Sat 9/2: 65 – 100 minutes easy
Sun 9/3: off or Saturday’s run and Saturday off
Mon 9/4: 15 minute warm-up. 15-20 minutes at tempo. 2-3 minutes rest, followed by 4 x 400m uphill fast (mile race pace effort; hill at Cheesman would work for this; hill up to the dam at Lowry Sport Complex works too), 400m jog down recovery between reps. 15-20 minute cool down.
