6:00 – 8:00pm in the Commons. All runners and their parents/guardians should attend to get important information about our season. Please bring the following:

Freshmen: main dish

Sophomores: sides/salads

Juniors: dessert

Seniors: drinks/chocolate milk

Friday, August 25, 2023 at Norris Penrose in Colorado Springs, 1045 Lower Gold Camp Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80905.

Race Schedule:

3:10 JV boys. 2:40 pm

3:50 JV girls. 3:20pm

5:50 boys varsity. 5:20pm

6:30 girls varsity. 6:00pm

Washington Park Invitational Meet:

Date: Saturday, August 26, 2023

Arrive at Wash Park at 8:00am. There will be a bus for this meet. Please get yourself there on your own. Look for the white East XC team tent located in the park near South Franklin St and East Kentucky Ave.

Time: 8:30am Coaches meeting (at the finish line)

10:00 Girls Open 3,000m (unlimited entries)

10:30 Boys Open 3,000m (unlimited entries) 

11:00am High School Awards Ceremony at Start Line
