Registration and Important info for the official beginning of the 2023 XC season

Hi Athletes and Parents,

The following is information for registration for the 2023 XC season.

Registration Deadline: August 7th, 2023. First day of official practice: Aug 7, 2023 at 4:00pm.

*You will need to take the below steps to get registered for the first day of fall sports 

1.  Get an up to date physical exam (must have been administered in the last 365 days). 

• Blank physical form, if necessary (a form from the doctors office itself is acceptable as well): https://chsaanow.com/documents/2021/8/10//Physical_Examination_Form.pdf?id=503

       2.   Register for your respective sport via this link: 

• https://www.familyid.com/denver-east-high-school/denver-east-2023-fall-season
• You will upload your completed physical exam form directly to this FamilyID registration. (No paper or emailed copies are accepted) 

*Student not attending East HS but are competing for one of our programs, please reach out directly to Lesslie Hernandez (l_hernandez-castro@dpsk12.net)

Practice Schedule:

The week of July 31:   Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00 am at City Park.  Meet on the grassy area just north of the Thatcher Fountain.  Last week of summer practice. 

Aug 7 – the end of the season:  Official practice begins.  Monday – Friday at 4:00 pm at City Park.  Meet on the grassy area just north of the Thatcher Fountain. Athletes must be registered in order to attend official practice.
